By Car:
Coming from the West on the North Circular exit onto Southend Road.
Go straight over the roundabout and continue onto the A1400 (Southend Road).
You will need to drive up to the first roundabout and double back on yourself back towards the North Circular.
You are now on the other side of the Dual Carriage way on Southend road.
There will be a turning on your left in 1 mile signposted Bourne Court (Image below).
Just after Jewson Building Materials.
You will pass Bourne Court on your left take immediate left at the end of the building for entrance (Image below)
Take the first exit off the small roundabout.

After you pass the barrier turn right to enter the Visitor Car Park (Image below).
Once you have parked, walk through the Archway (Image below) and turn left immediately after you passed the archway.
Once you have gone through the Archway (Image above), turn left immediately after you passed the archway (Image below).
Walk to the green door and Buzz Premier Property with the green arrow on the green door (Images below)
